The Lakewood Grove HOA Board is glad to see our residents utilizing the many features of the community web site.  When we set up this site it was our intent that it would serve as a useful resource for community information and a means for the HOA to more quickly and easily to communicate with the residents.  It can also be a place to voice opinions about issues in the neighborhood provided they are given in a friendly and professional manner.   Suggestions rather than criticisms are always preferred!

However, it is important to understand that the Web site is not for requests for any specific action by either the Board or SCS management.  We can not be expected to review all postings and determine which require action by the HOA.  Any requests for actions or information should be directed to SCS management by fax, phone, letter or email.  Please also understand that our management company is working for us and acts only under direction of the Board and our Deed Restrictions.  SCS does not dictate policy, it is set by our Deed Restrictions, ACC committee and Board.  Please  feel free to contact me directly if you have any other concerns or do not feel your request is being addressed.
