The park is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. No parking after 10:00 p.m.; cars will be towed at owner’s expense. Please enjoy the park, but respect your neighbors and abide by these rules.
Please use the trash receptacles. Please do not bring glass containers and alcoholic beverages into the park. Please do not ride bicycles and skateboards on the sidewalks, or play loud music, or engage in disruptive behavior. Please stay away from the pump, fountain and irrigation controls near the bridge.
The lake is about 3’ deep near the bank, and it drops off suddenly to about 6’ deep. In June 1999 it was stocked with small fish that require at least a year to grow. If you fish, please use the designated areas. If you catch a fish, please return it to the lake. Feed the ducks at your own risk, but don’t donate any more. Only fish and ducks are permitted in the lake. People, pets and anything else that is not a fish or a duck are not permitted in the lake.
We appreciate your cooperation. Please call the HOA management company to report any problems.
