To ensure that the Lakewood Grove Community Center is properly maintained so all homeowners may enjoy its use, the following Rules, Use Guidelines, and Clean-up Checklist must be followed. Any deviation from these rules require written approval by the Scheduling Coordinator and Property Manager. Homeowner is responsible for any and all damages incurred.

Rules:
No duplication of keys
No smoking in the community center
No pets in the community center
No consumption or possession of alcohol by minors
No firearms or fireworks
No obscene language or loud, boisterous or disorderly conduct
No nails, tacks or damaging tape on walls, woodwork or ceiling
No balloons, string or tape allowed on or around ceiling fans
No drinks with staining dyes
No activities after 11:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday or 12:00 midnight Friday – Saturday without prior approval
No pool use allowed under this agreement
Use Guidelines:
Cover table tops for all art projects
Remove trash and take home for disposal
Wipe counters, windows and doors
Remove all items placed in refrigerator and freezer
Thermostat must be turned to 82 degrees in the summer and 65 degrees in the winter upon leaving. Do not turn thermostat lower than 65; it will cause the unit to freeze and you will be held responsible for the service call.

Clean-up Checklist:
The following checklist is to be completed by homeowner using the center at the end of the activity/event.
All counter tops are clean and drawers are emptied
All doorwindows are clean
All tape removed from walls, windows and doors
All items taken from refrigerator and freezer
Room vacuumed
All trash removed and taken home for disposal
Thermostat set at 82 degrees in summer and 65 degrees in winter
Restrooms are clean – no paper on floor, counters are clean and toilets flushed
All doors, windows, and gates are closed and locked
